Nemeth Burwell’s “Raising the Bar,” an educational series raising employer awareness of current issues in employment and labor law, addressed the issue of social networking during a recent seminar titled “Hey, Get out of my Face...Book!” Presenting the seminar at the Troy Marriott were Nemeth Burwell attorneys (left to right) Anne Widlak and Terry Bonnette. “Increased use of technology in the workplace is blurring the lines between the public and the private, as well as the professional and the private,” Bonnette said. “We’ll examine what employers need to do to protect themselves and their resources from potential exposure to legal claims.”
