The event featured the Annual Meeting and Election of Officers of the Eastern District of Michigan. New FBA President Laurie Michelson (far left in photo to the left) of Butzel Long and FBA Immediate Past President Elisa Angeli Palizzi (right) of Miller, Canfield, Paddock, & Stone PLC were on hand to greet attendees including U.S. District Court Magistrate Mona K. Majzoub (center). Also during the evening the Third Annual Julian Abele Cook, Jr.-Bernard A. Friedman FBA Civility Award was presented to Carl H. von Ende of Miller Canfield Paddock & Stone PLC. After dinner entertainment was provided by A (Habeas) Chorus Line.
