Chief judge discusses plans for Probate Court

Members of the Macomb County Probate Bar Association gathered recently to receive an update on court programs and procedures from Chief Judge Mark Switalski (second from right). Switalski said he wanted to talk about his experiences during his first year as chief judge “and some of the thoughts we’ve had on what we’ve done and some of the things we want to do moving forward.” Among those on hand for the event were (from left) Rod Lubienski; Philip Anderson, court administrator; Wayne Wilson and Elizabeth Stubbs, MCPBA directors; Robert Szalka, MCPBA president and chief attorney with the court’s Wills and Estates Division; and George Heitmanis, director.
