The Fair Housing Center of Metropolitan Detroit (FHCMD) recently presented its Fourth Annual Fair Housing Attorney Appreciation Awards Reception at the Detroit Historical Museum. This year’s honorees included U.S. District Court Judge Julian A. Cook Jr. (far left), Assistant U.S. Attorney and Director of the Civil Rights Unit for the Eastern District of Michigan Judith Levy (center) and attorney Steven Tomkowiak (far right), FHCMD cooperating attorney and instructor at the National Fair Housing Academy.
