The Eastern Michigan Chapter of the Association of Litigation Support Professionals recently conducted a meeting featuring guest speaker Adam Bottner of EED-DTI (pictured) at the offices of Stout Risius Ross in Southfield. Bottner, an adjunct professor at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, discussed “Managing Risks, Costs, and Data in an Age of Uncertainty.” He stressed having an understanding of e-Discovery issues for the management of costs, mitigation and reduction of risks, and the execution of legal, regulatory and ethical obligations.
