Miller Canfield PLC recently presented a seminar on “Preserving and Enforcing Your Non-Competes” at its Troy offices. Taking part in the program were (left to right) Nick Lontscharitsch, Nance Orminger, Marlene Fischer, Soni Mithani of Miller Canfield, Jane Marshall, Richard Meganck and Anthony Targan. Mithani, a partner in Miller Canfield’s Litigation Group, said he would focus on what companies can do “to preserve and enforce their non-competition provisions so that they’re able to protect their investments in their business and their resources that they’ve developed.”
