The Macomb County Bar Association recently held a mandatory training session for attorneys wishing to handle juvenile delinquency cases in Juvenile Court. Speakers at the event organized by the MCBA’s Juvenile Law Commitee included (left to right) Eric Lundquist, Thomas Tomko and Christine Piatkowski, committee chair. Piatkowski said the seminar offered advanced training for practitioners involving parental bypass and appellate procedure.
