The latest in a series of Continuing Legal Education seminars sponsored by The Macomb County Bar Association featured an update on business valuations for divorce and other developments. The seminar at the Macomb County Courthouse featured Joseph W. Cunningham, a lawyer and certified public accountant who frequently speaks on tax, pension and valuation matters as they relate to divorce. Cunningham has served three terms on the State Bar of Michigan’s Family Law Section Council. The event was sponsored by the MCBA’s Family Law Committee.
