The Michigan Association for Justice recently presented a program on “The New Science to Proving Liability, Overcoming Jury Bias and Increasing Damages” at the Westin Southfield. Taking part in the event were (left to right) Greg Cusimano, David Wener and modertaor Steven Gursten of MichiganAutoLaw.  “This is an advanced seminar on trial advocacy, psychology and new science of persuasion” noted Gursten. “It’ll be dealing with connecting with jurors in an age of juror bias and insurance company propaganda, rebutting a lot of the schemes that jurors have coming into courtrooms about lawyers and lawsuits, and using a lot of the new cognitive science to better represent our clients.”
