The Association of Legal Support Professionals recently presented a program on “Using Economic Experts in Litigation” at Kelly Services’ headquarters in Troy. Guest speaker was Michael Kahaian (seated, center) of State Risius Ross (SRR). He said he planned to discuss “the ways experts are used, the different types of experts that are out there, and cover some war stories and some dos and don’ts you might see out in the field.” Welcoming Kahaian to the program were (seated, left to right) Suzanne Alfastsen with Kelly Law Registry, and Vanessa Lozzi with Flagstar Bank; along with (standing, left to right) Scott Hunter with Special Counsel, Denise Bach SRR, Brian Fitzgibbon of D4 Discovery, Jennifer Kirk of Xact Data Discovery, Mark St. Peter of Computing Source, Jill Davis of Miller Canfield, Brian Gawne of SRR and Ann McMichael Raymond.
