The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) recently hosted its Workers’ Compensation/Social Security seminar at the Westin Hotel in Southfield. Among those taking part were (left to right) Joel Alpert, Jeffrey Kirschner, Hank Patterson, Richard Warsh, Lee Anne Latchaw, Kathleen Wyeth, Richard Swanson, William Watkinson Jr., Steven Hirsch, Robert MacDonald, John Braden, Kevin Elsenheimer, Themis Fotieo, Barry Adler, Lisa Klaeren and John P. Charters. “This is an important event where the practitioners in these areas can become informed about changes in the law, legislative changes and develop strategies to deal with changes in the law,” MacDonald said.
