Nemeth Burwell PC recently presented an “Employment Law Update” as part of its Raising the Bar educational series at the Troy Marriott. Leading the program were Nemeth Burwell’s (left to right) Terry Bonnette, Patricia Nemeth, and Cliff Hammond. “Every January we try to put together a review of the previous year’s changes and major events in labor and employment law for our clients so that they know how to plan for the coming year and can take proactive measures to adapt to the change in law and adapt to environments when it comes to the legal aspects of employment here in Michigan,” Bonnette said.
