The Macomb County Bar association recently resumed its Brown Bag Lunch series with a gathering focused on Alternative Dispute Resolution. The panel discussion featured (left to right) Macomb County Probate Court Judge Carl Marlinga, 41-B District Court Judge Carrie L. Fuca and Macomb County Circuit Court Judge James M. Biernat Jr. The event was billed as one in which the judges would share their experiences with ADR and what practices appeared to work best in their courtrooms.
