The Criminal Law Committee of the Macomb County Bar Association recently hosted a Legislative Update Seminar at the county courthouse. The featured speaker was Michael Mittlestat (third from left) with the State Appellate Defender Office, who updated those in attendance on legislative changes within the last year or so with regard to criminal law matters.
