The Bankruptcy Section of the Federal Bar Association of Michigan — Eastern District of Michigan Chapter recently presented a State of the Bankruptcy Court Luncheon and Program at the Atheneum in Greektown. U.S. Bankruptcy Court Chief Judge Phillip J. Shefferly (center) gave the State of the Court address. Also participating in the event were (left to right) Bankruptcy Court Judges Walter Shapero, Steven W. Rhodes, Marci B. McIvor and Daniel S. Opperman.
