The State Bar of Michigan Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section recently hosted a Meet & Greet event at Black Finn in Royal Oak. During the networking event, Tish Vincent (second from left), program administrator for the SBM Lawyers and Judges Assistance Program, delivered a feature presentation on Wellness and Healthy Stress Management. Happy to welcome Vincent were (left to right) Doreen Defauw, Jennifer Petty, Linda Jevahirian, Jean Mitchell-Walster, Marianne Delaney, Teresa Duddles and Kim King. The event was open to both members and non-members of the section and provided attendees with the opportunity to meet members of the section, council and committee members as well as connect with local paralegals. The event also featured a raffle to raise money for the Section Scholarship Fund.
