The RISE Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, recently continued its Power Lunches: Selected Topics in Federal Litigation brown bag lunch series at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. Erin Behler (right) of Nemeth Law PC was among those welcoming guest speaker Wayne State University Law School Professor Robert Sedler (left) who spoke on “The Constitution and Presidential Power.” Sedler discussed the the unique position that the president occupies in the constitutional scheme.
