The Macomb County Bar Foundation History?Book Club recently presented a discussion on “The Federalist Papers” by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Jay. Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Warren (left) was joined by Macomb County Probate Court Judge Carl Marlinga in leading the conversation. The book contains a collection of 85 articles and essays promoting the ratification of the United States Constitution. The bar foundation launched the book club series in 2013 to foster discussions on books that focus on constitutional history, the courts, various wars and other historical events.
