The Macomb County Bar Association, as part of its Continuing Legal Education series, sponsored a seminar this summer to discuss policies, practices and procedures of the Friend of the Court (FOC). Dawn Prokopec (far right), co-chair of the MCBA’s Family Law Committee, said the seminar also dealt with enforcement hearings for support, custody and parenting time violations.
