Justice Viviano spends time with WSU Law students

Michigan Supreme Court Justice David F. Viviano (left) spoke recently at Wayne State University Law School. He discussed his career and experiences in law school as well as provided practical advice to assist students as they lay the groundwork for their own careers. Viviano, who formerly served on the Macomb County Circuit Court bench, is the 109th justice of the Michigan Supreme Court. He was appointed by Gov. Rick Snyder in 2013 and elected to complete the remainder of his term in 2014. He is the Supreme Court’s point-person for judicial training and statewide e-filing.
