A special session of U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, will be held Thursday, January 28, to commemorate the “passing of the gavel” from Chief Judge Gerald Rosen to Judge Denise Page Hood.
The ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. in courtroom 100 of the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse, 231 West Lafayette Boulevard in Detroit, with a reception to immediately follow in Room 115.
All are welcome to attend.
