The Michigan State Police (MSP) is hosting an informational recruiting seminar for women on Saturday, March 19, at Schoolcraft College in Livonia.
The even, which begins at 10 a.m., will feature many of the department’s specialty units, including the Forensic Science Division, Canine Unit, Special Investigations, Computer Crimes, and Gaming Section.
Female troopers will provide insight on recruit training, the lifestyle of a trooper and opportunities for women in law enforcement.
