Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Kathryn A. Viviano (left) was the featured speaker recently as part of Wayne State University Law School’s Alumni Speaker Series. Viviano, a graduate of Wayne Law, talked about the Business Court, to which she was appointed early last year. She is pictured with WSU Law Dean Jocelyn Benson and Prof. Peter J. Henning, moderated the discussion. Viviano was elected to the bench in November 2010 and assigned to the Family Division. She served as the presiding judge of the Family Division from April 2013 until her appointment to the Business Court. She also sits for the Macomb County Juvenile Drug Court.
