Miller Canfield’s most recent Before the Bell Breakfast Forum, held at The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, provided a look at “Household Employees.” Among those taking part in the informational meeting were (left to right) Ray Ritter, Linda Bomberski, Phil Thomas, Miller Canfield’s Rebecca Mancini, John Noonan, Miller Canfield’s Ken Konop, Mike Oleszkowicz, Claire Rosati and Miller Canfield’s Mike Coakley. Among other things, the discussion focused on employment and confidentiality agreements along with liability and visa options as well as, Coakley said, “the financial and legal aspects of household employees.”
