The RISE Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, recently presented “Speed Judging 3” at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. The event allowed for newer FBA members (seven years of practice or less) to personally meet and mingle with judicial officers. During the event, a judicial officer was seated at a table and visited by two attorneys at a time for a 10 minute interaction. U.S. District Court Judge George Steeh (left) was among those taking part in the event and is pictured chatting Fwith Scott Martin (center) and Ben Able (right).
