The Macomb County Bar Foundation History Book Club recently presented a discussion on “The Burger Court and the Rise of the Judicial Right” by Michael J. Fraetz and Linda Greenhouse. The guest speaker at the event at the Barnes & Noble outlet in Shelby Township was Stephen Steinhardt (center), a member of the MCBF board of directors. The book club was organized three years ago and members of the legal community as well as the public at large are invited to participate in the monthly series of historical exploration.
