Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wayne County Probate Court, located in the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, remains physically closed to protect the health and safety of the public and its employees.
To continue to provide service to the public during this unprecedented time, the court is accepting all filings by email (preferred) or fax, in addition to regular mail, in accordance with the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) Guidelines and as approved by SCAO.
Associated payments may be made online through the Court’s ePayment system after the documents have been processed.
All hearings will be conducted virtually via Zoom and participants may join by computer or by phone.
