Pursuant to Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 1997-11(C), the Task Force on the Role of the State Bar of Michigan will hold a public hearing regarding the Task Force’s charge described in Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 2014-5.
The hearing will be held: Friday, May 2, 2014 at Supreme Court Courtroom, Sixth Floor, Michigan Hall of Justice, 925 W Ottawa St, Lansing, MI 48915
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will adjourn no later than 4:30 p.m., with a break from noon to 1:00 p.m. Each speaker on the agenda will be allotted 5 minutes, after which the Task Force members may ask questions.
Agenda speakers will be the first 50 people who submit a written request to speak, which shall be received no later than Monday, April 28, 2014, and which is either e-mailed to taskforceresbm@courts.mi.gov or delivered by mail to: Task Force on the Role of the State Bar of Michigan, Nelson S.
