The long-time Ross Park Arts and Crafts Show has teamed up with the Arts and Drafts Festival in Norton Shores for the sixth year, taking place Friday and Saturday.
In addition to the handmade arts and crafts and authors on display Saturday, there was a 5K Run, a children’s activity area, and a beverage tent both nights with entertainment and Budweiser.
On Friday, there were ReFURBUSHed and West Side Soul Surfers; and on Saturday Yard Sale Underwear (or YSU), Erika Scherry Band and Onager served up dance hits and classic rock.
This is the 50-year anniversary of Norton Shores becoming a city rather than a township, and the arts and crafts show has been a part of the city almost since the beginning.
