NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at its regular meeting of August 21, 2018, adopted amendments to the following Ordinance:
Ordinance #798 – Chapter 16, Fire Prevention and Protection,
2015 International Fire Code. Effective upon publication.
The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of two (2) public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Branch Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1.) A Special Use Permit request for light industrial usage in an SUD Special
use Development district for property at 5113 Robert Hunter Drive.
R-2 Single Family Residential with an accompanying Special Use Permit
for two-family usage for the properties at 5176 and 5190 Henry Street.
