NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Branch Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following request:

A request by Muskegon Associates for a Special Use Permit for office and apartment usage in a PUD Planned Unit Development district on the property at 3530 Henry Street.

Questions pertaining to the above may be addressed to Rob Bilkie, Planner, Municipal Building, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., (231) 799-6800.

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at a rescheduled meeting
of March 26,  2019, adopted the following amendment to the Ordinance:

      Ordinance #805 – Chap 48, Zoning,
      Rezone 7381 S. Harvey St.,
      from AG Agriculture to PURD Planned Unit
      Residential Development. 

The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

      (4) York 3 Ton HVAC Units and balancing of
      the HVAC system for Fire Station #3

SEASONAL PART-TIME WORKER

The City of Roosevelt Park is looking for one (1) Seasonal part-time Employee (no benefits) in the Public Works Department. This is a semi-skilled position that will work throughout the Summer as needed, with the possibility of work continuing into the Fall.  Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license. Duties include but are not limited to:  perform park maintenance with the use of related power equipment, lawn mowers, weed ships, leaf blowers, raking, sweeping, cleaning, painting and many other activities that require manual labor.
