NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Norton Shores City Council, at its regular meeting of June 18, 2019, adopted the following amendment to the Ordinance:
Ordinance #807 – Section 38-134, sub-section (b)
Regarding private roads and private driveways.
The amendment reduces the width of private roads
to a minimum paved with of 22-feet and right-of-way
as narrow as 40-feet providing that parking is prohibited.
The ordinance is available in its entirety at the City Clerk’s Office, 4814 Henry Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
