NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the City of Roosevelt Park City Council on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 6:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Roosevelt Park City Hall, 900 Oak Ridge Road, Roosevelt Park, MI 49441. The purpose of the public hearing is to approve the ordinance amendment regarding a City-wide Fence Ordinance revision.
Any questions pertaining to this request should be directed to the City Manager at (231) 755-3721. The suggested revision may be reviewed, or written comments may be received until July 15, 2019 at City Hall located at 900 Oak Ridge Rd., Roosevelt Park, MI 49441.

Public Meeting of the Planning Commission
City of Roosevelt Park
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Meeting to be held by the City of Roosevelt Park City Planning Commission on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center, located at 3106 Roosevelt Rd. The purpose of the public meeting is to focus on the master plan/parks plan and consider comments and suggestions from the public.
Any questions pertaining to this meeting should be directed to the City Manager at (231) 755-3721.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Norton Shores Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. in the Norton Shores Municipal Building, 4814 Henry Street, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding:
1.) A variance request allowing Westwind Construction
to construct a residential dwelling at 593 Lakeshore Blvd
4 feet from the required front yard property line as opposed
to the minimum 25 feet setback and 15’ 3” total side yard
setback, a variance of 9” from the required 16’, as required
by Ordinance.
