NOTICE OF ADOPTION
TO: ALL PERSONS INTERESTED
Please take notice that on October 21, 2019, the City Council of the City of Roosevelt Park amended Chapter 10, Article V of the Roosevelt Park City Code, summarizecl as follows:
1. Section 10-120 is adopted to provide the Purpose and Intent for the Prohibition of Recreational Marihuana Establishments.
2. Section 10-121 is adopted to provide the Definitions for the Prohibition of Recreational "tviarihuana Establishments.
3. Section 10-122 is adopted to provide the Prohibition of Recreational Marihuana Establishments.
4. Section 10-123 is adopted to provide the Violations and Penalties for the Prohibition of Recreational Marihuana Establishments.
5. Section 10-124 is adopted to provide for the Severability of provisions for the Prohibition of Recreational Marijuana Establishments.
Copies of the ordinance may be viewed and purchased at reasonable cost at the Office of the City Clerk in the City Hall, 900 Oak Ridge Road, Roosevelt Park, during regular business hours.
This ordinance amendment is effective ten (10) clays from the elate of this publication.
