NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of public hearings to be held by the City of Roosevelt Park Planning Commission on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 7 p.m. at the Roosevelt Park Community Center, 3150 Glenside, Roosevelt Park, MI 49441. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear and consider comments regarding a Special Land Use request for a commercial indoor kennel at 870 W. Broadway (parcel # 61-25-540-000-0013-00).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the City of Roosevelt Park Planning Commission on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 7 p.m. at the Roosevelt Park Community Center, 3150 Glenside, Roosevelt Park, MI 49441. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear and consider comments regarding a Special Land Use request for a “restaurant including drive through facility” located at 3007 Henry Street.
Any questions pertaining to this request should be directed to the City Clerk at (231) 755-3721. The application may be reviewed at City Hall and written comments may be received until July 27, 2020 at 900 Oak Ridge Road., Roosevelt Park, MI 49441.
ADA Policy: The City will provide necessary appropriate auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities who want to attend the meeting upon forty-eight (48) hour notice to the City Clerk, City of Roosevelt Park, 900 Oak Ridge Road, (231) 755-3721.
