‘Ruth &?Max In Concert’ virtual event is slated for January 25
Mark your calendar for a virtual music performance with “Ruth & Max in Concert: Live for the Library!”
Having passion for music for over 40 years, Ruth & Max Bloomquist will bring a musical presence that everyone will enjoy. With influences of folk, bluegrass, and country, this duo has created a heart touching acoustic Americana that is all their own.
This free, virtual music performance will be at 6 p.m. on Monday, January 25.

‘Second Saturday’ event set for tomorrow at the Lakeshore Museum Center
Join the Lakeshore Museum Center, 430 W. Clay Ave Muskegon, as it opens the doors from noon to 4 p.m. on January 9 for guests to enjoy all the museum has to offer.
The newest exhibit, “Who is Rosie Lee Wilkins: Piecing Together Her History” is on display now.
The STEM Center will be open by registration for 30-minute time slots, and the hands-on Science Center will be open. Scavenger hunt sheets will be available and kids will receive a take-and-make activity.
Masks are required. Check back for any last minute safety updates or changes
Light Display Runs Through January 11
Bring the family to the Hackley Park Holiday Light Display, and enjoy festive lights and decorations that include Santa, polar bears, toy soldiers, reindeer, a nativity, music makers, a Christmas train and more!
But hurry – the free display runs through January 11.
