Contract 1 Pipe Lining Project of several streets within the City of Norton Shores
Sealed proposals must be submitted to the City Purchasing Agent, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 10:00 a.m., on June 4, 2021. Bids must be clearly labeled. The City Reserves the right to reject any and all bids and will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City.

The City of Norton Shores Department of Public Works will conduct an evaluation of the Statements of Proposal. The evaluation will be made on the basis of experience, availability, and Consultant’s proposed scope of work, as well as cost. Statements of Proposal must be submitted to the Department of Public Works, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 5:00 p.m. prevailing time, on June 4, 2021. A minimum of two bound copies of the Statement of Proposal shall be submitted.
