Burning Foot Beer Festival set for August 28
The 6th annual Burning Foot Beer Festival will ignite on Pere Marquette Beach, 3510 Channel Drive, Muskegon, on Saturday, August 28.
Burning Foot is turning up the heat with dozens of Great Lakes-region breweries, food, bands, and more.
Burning Foot will feature 80 breweries from Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
Bands include Eve6, Mustand Plug, Remo Drive, Flexa Decibel, Melophobix, Teqjuila Mockingbyrd, Medicine Man, A Northern Julia, and Brother Crowe.
The official food vendors will be Hamburger Mikey, Rad Dads’ Taco & Tequila Bar, Bone Ends, and Fatty Lumpkins Sandwich Shack.

‘Turtle Travels’ Will End On September 4
Think turtles have an easy life? Here’s your chance to try being one for a while. In this unique hands-on, interactive exhibit, you’ll have a chance to experience life as they know it. Built around a life-sized board game, you’ll face the same obstacles and dangers turtles face in their day-to-day life.

Watch and learn how you can take adult color book pages and use them to create a beautifully decorative plate for your home!
The Craft kit pick-up will be at Hackley Public Library.
