NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF NORTON SHORES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of three public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:
1. Comments will be received for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance in regards to the minimum lot size requirement for Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoned parcels.
To review the amendment in full, please contact the City Planner.
2. CK Performance Marine, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a land division at 6125 Norton Center Drive.
3. CK Performance Marine, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a Special Use Permit for marine engine services and repair at 6125 Norton Center Drive.
