Foley & Lardner LLP recently announced the availability of its Senior Living Distressed Assets Matchmaker tool, an online tool geared exclusively to the senior living industry. This tool is designed to bring together those seeking to purchase (seekers) or sell (sources) distressed senior living assets.

The tool is the latest addition to Foley’s proprietary Private Equity Matchmaker software platform, which includes the Senior Living Private Equity Matchmaker tool that was launched in 2009.

With its automated search function and deal-matching capability, the Senior Living Distressed Assets Matchmaker tool evaluates potential matches based on key attributes including the type and stage of the distressed asset, character of the asset/debtor, facility type and location. When a match is identified, the system generates an email notifying Foley attorneys of the potential compatibility so that introductions can be made.

Parties interested in having their information entered into the Senior Living Distressed Assets Matchmaker database should contact Foley partner Yvette Van Riper at (313) 734-7100 yvanriper@foley.com or Michael A. Okaty at (407) 244-3229 or mokaty@foley.com.

Additionally, Foley & Lardner LLP has been recognized by The BTI Consulting Group as one of an elite group of firms serving the Fortune 1000 in the delivery of exceptional client service, ranking seventh on The BTI Client Service 30 list. The BTI Client Service 30 identifies the very best of those firms featured in the recently released 2011 BTI Client Service A-Team Report. As part of the report, Foley was also honored for having been on this list for eight years, which includes securing the number one position on the list last year.  Foley & Lardner LLP has an office in Detroit with more than 40 attorneys.

“We feel privileged to have been recognized on this prestigious list for eight years, as it signifies our deep commitment to continually providing the high level of service our clients have come to expect and rely on,” said Ralf Böer, chairman and CEO of Foley. “It is truly an honor that clients have recognized our efforts to bring them value through various initiatives including alternative billing and our budget management tool, and we sincerely thank them for their continued support.”
