On Tuesday, Aug. 23, Oakland County Commissioners (left to right) Jim Runestad, Bob Hoffman, Philip Weipert, Shelley Goodman Taub, John A. Scott, Oakland County Board Vice Chairman Jeff Matis, Jim Nash and Helaine Zack admired the Living Wall at the new $7.5 million, 15,000-square-foot Oakland County International Airport Terminal's grand opening.
This new green terminal is Michigan's first green airport terminal and is located at 6500 Highland Road in Waterford.
