New Lawyers Workshop offered by MAJ, Nov. 10
The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) will offer a members-only New Lawyers Workshop on Thursday, Nov. 10, from noon to 2:30 p.m. in the courtroom at the offices of Fieger, Fieger, Kenney, Giroux, & Danzig located at 19390 West 10 Mile Road in Southfield
Lunch, provided by workshop sponsor Mark Bello, Lawsuit Financial Corporation, Farmington Hills, will take place at noon followed by the workshop at 12:30 p.m.
Moderators for the program are Juliana Sabatini of Reiter & Walsh, and Chad Engelhardt of Moran, Raimi, Goethel, & Karnani
Topics to be discussed include "Expert Deposition Workshop" with Jesse Reiter of Reiter & Walsh; "Cross Exam of Defendants--Getting Admissions" with Stephen Goethel of Moran, Raimi, Goethel, & Karnani; "Expert Deps to Develop Rules and Trial Themes" with Wolfgang Mueller of Olsman, Mueller, Wallace, & MacKenzie; "Preparing for the Expert Discovery Dep" with Brian McKeen of McKeen & Associates; and "Taking Expert Deps as Cross Exam."
Pre-registration is required. Cost is $50. Workshop participants must be MAJ members and must register prior to the workshop.
