The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) will present a "Liens Evening Forum" on Tuesday, Nov. 29, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the Baronette Renaissance, 27790 Novi Road in Novi.
Co-moderators for the program are MAJ Past President Jules B. Olsman, MAJ Executive Board Member Robert B. June, MAJ Executive Board Member Donna M. MacKenzie, and MAJ Executive Board Member Troy W. Haney.
Topics to be discussed include "Introduction to Liens," "Navigating ERISA Liens: A Simple Decision Tree," "Amara and Other New ERISA Developments," "Estate Recovery: The New Lien in Town," and "Top 6 Medicare FAQ."
Seminar tuition includes seminar, digital materials, food and beverages. Cost is $110 for MAJ regular and sustaining members (with digital materials), and $110 for non-members (with digital materials).
