Rami Fakhoury, founder and managing director of Troy-based law firm Fakhoury Law Group, has co-authored the book, "Global Business Immigration Practice Guide," published by Matthew Bender (Lexis/Nexis).
According to its publisher, "The Global Business Immigration Guide" is designed to serve as a comprehensive resource guide for human resources professionals and attorneys. Leading business immigration lawyers from around the world that are members of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers contributed to the book.
"I'm honored to have had the opportunity to collaborate with so many exceptional immigration lawyers on this project," said Fakhoury. "Immigration issues are complex, and constantly evolving, and this book is an excellent resource for businesses with global workforces and those that recruit international workers to the United States."
Fakhoury is a frequent lecturer and speaker on matters involving business immigration law and has been published extensively. In addition to this book, Fakhoury has written, edited and contributed to a number of other business immigration publications, including "The Consular Posts Book" and "The Immigration Practitioner's Guide to U.S Export Control Regulations."
