Miller Canfield PLC presented a seminar on “Preserving and Enforcing Your Non-Competes” on Wednesday, March 7, at its Troy offices.

“Today I’m going to be talking about what companies can do to preserve and enforce their non-competition provisions so that they’re able to protect their investments in their business and their resources that they’ve developed in order to make sure that they have adequate time to recoup losses should any of their employees go out and compete,” said Mithani, a partner in Miller Canfield’s Litigation Group.
