'Estate Recovery' focus of upcoming seminar
The Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) Probate, Estate, & Trust Committee will present "Estate Recovery and Other Estate Planning, Medicaid, and Probate Issues" on Tuesday, April 24, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Michael J. Hughes of Booth Patterson PC will moderate the seminar and speakers include Arthur L. Malisow of Mall, Malisow, & Cooney PC and John B. Payne of Garrison Lawhouse PC.
The cost to attend for OCBA members who pre-register is $30; $40 for non-OCBA members who pre-register; and $20 for OCBA new lawyer members who are pre-register. All walk-ins will be charged an addition $10.
