'Supreme Summer Seminar' presented by Negligence Section

The Negligence Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present its Supreme Summer Seminar on Thursday, Aug. 9, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy. Sugerman of Conlin, McKenney, & Philbrick PC, and Bob Drazin of Drazin & Associates. --Titan v Hyten, Coverage: Is a "little" fraud in the application OK, or is coverage voided?; with Bob Raitt of MichiganAutoLaw and Ron Sangster of Law Office of Ronald M. Sangster PLLC. --Hoffner v Lanctoe (anticipated to be released involving open and obvious, effectively unavoidable); with Sarah Nadeau of Garan, Lucow, Miller PC. These cases and other questions will be discussed in an interactive format presented by litigators involved in or very familiar with these important decisions.
