Miller Canfield hosted “Immigration ABCs from H-1Bs to PERM: What You Need to Know About Hiring Foreign Nationals and Compliance” on Thursday, July 19, at its Troy office.
Karen Phillippi (pictured) of Miller Canfield’s Immigration Services was on hand to discuss the topic of immigration.
“Miller Canfield provides immigration training for its clients—its Immigration ABCs—every thing from documentation, what the documentation looks like, to what Visa categories there are, to how do we do a green card, to compliance issues,” Phillippi said.
