Clerk announces launch of voter information website
Oakland County Clerk Bill Bullard recently announced the launch of "Oaklandvotes.com," a new one stop voter information website. The website link is: http://oaklandvotes.com.
"This site covers the A to Z of voter information in Oakland County," said Bullard. "A voter can do everything from track their absentee ballot and view a sample of their own specific ballot, to finding out information about all the ballot proposals."
Information included in the website includes: absentee ballots, ballot information, voting, military and overseas ballots, districts, election results, campaign finance, additional voting information.
"2012 is an election which has a multitude of complex factors facing Oakland County voters," said Bullard. "We have new district representation borders, a number of Constitutional Amendment Proposals, and a 'double' election in the 11th Congressional District just to name a few, and I wanted to make sure that we put all the information voters will be looking for in one location to aid Oakland County residents."
