The Association of Corporate Counsel – Michigan Chapter (ACC) presented “The Successful Joint Venture – from Courtship to Conclusion and Beyond” on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.
Among those taking part were (left to right) Ellen Clark with Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC; Brendan Cahill of Dykema Gossett PLLC; ACC President Bernie Lourim of FANUC Robotics America Corporation; Kristen Netschke of Meadowbrook Insurance Group; and Robert Biskup of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP.
“We are here partnering with the Michigan ACC and Dykema law firm to deliver timely perspectives on joint venture challenges especially as it relates to emerging markets,” Biskup noted.
